Quick Start - Using the “Choose a Store” menu
Merchants that typically have coupons available are listed in the “choose a store” drop down menu. Here’s what the menu looks like:
Here’s how the menu works:
To activate the menu, click on the down arrow (next to “Choose a Store”). Scroll down to find a merchant; select the merchant, and press the “Go” button.
- The CouponHeaven.com Offer Control Window will open, along with the merchant web site. There will be times where the merchant site is brought to the front, and the CouponHeaven.com Offer Control Window is minimized (sent to the back). You can bring the Offer Control Window to the front at any time.
Here’s what the CouponHeaven.com Offer Control Window looks like:
- To find an offer, click on the down arrow to activate the “Select an Offer” menu. The menu will show offers in the following order: coupons, free shipping offers, promotions and hot products. Please note that not all the stores in our database will have coupons every day of the year, and not all offers have corresponding coupon codes.
- Click on an offer to view all the details. The page on the Merchant web site may change to coincide with the offer.
- You will see information regarding the offer, including the coupon code (if applicable), expiration date, details and restrictions.
Here’s what the CouponHeaven.com Offer Control Window looks like once you have chosen an offer to work with:
- If your offer requires the use of a coupon code, enter the code where prompted on the merchant’s web site – this will usually be in the shopping cart or during checkout. You can find additional information on where to enter the coupon code in the Help and FAQ area of our web site.
- Once you have entered the coupon code, make sure that your discount / promotion has been applied to your order. Most offers will be visible at some point before you complete your order, unless otherwise stated in the details and restrictions section. If you have difficulty redeeming an offer, please use the “Click here if this offer does not work properly” link and tell us about the problem so that we can research the issue and make any necessary updates to our database. Coupons and promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
- Feel free to tell a friend about a specific offer by using the “Tell a Friend about this Deal!” link.
Online coupons are not always available for every store. This is very similar to your local mall, where a few stores have coupons available while other stores are simply running sale and clearance promotions.

Find a Coupon
If you are looking for a coupon for a specific merchant, you can use the search function, the “choose a store” drop down menu or our merchant list.
- To use the search function, type the name of the merchant in the search box and press the “Go” button. Choose the merchant name from the search results to view a full page of offers. See the “Redeem a Coupon” section for information on how to use a coupon or promotion.
- To use the merchant menu, click on the down arrow to activate the menu. Scroll down to find the merchant you are interested in. Select the merchant, and press the “Go” button.
- The CouponHeaven.com Offer Control Window will open, along with the merchant web site.
- To find an offer, click on the down arrow to activate the “select an offer” menu.
- Click on an offer.
- You will see information regarding that offer, including the coupon code (if applicable), details and restrictions and expiration date.
- See the “Redeem a Coupon” section for information on how to use a coupon or promotion.
- To use the merchant list, click on the “Find Online Coupons by Merchant” link near the bottom of any page on the web site. Click on the letter that corresponds with the first letter of the name of the merchant you are looking for and then choose the merchant from the list.

Redeem a Coupon
To redeem an offer from any page on the CouponHeaven.com web site, use the “Click Here to Redeem” button. The CouponHeaven.com Offer Control Window will open, along with the associated page on the merchant web site. Here’s what your screen should look like once you click to redeem an offer:
- Once the CouponHeaven.com Offer Control Window is open, you will see the coupon code to enter at checkout (if applicable), plus additional details and restrictions for the offer. Any additional information about the offer will be found in the CouponHeaven.com Offer Control Window.
- Carefully review the details and restrictions in the CouponHeaven.com Offer Control Window. Information that is relevant to the offer will be placed in this section, including any special instructions on how to redeem the offer.
- If there is a coupon code in the CouponHeaven.com Offer Control Window, you will need to enter that code somewhere on the merchant web site. The field where you enter a coupon code is typically located in the shopping cart, or at some point during checkout. For most merchants, you will look for a box labeled “coupon code” or “discount code” or “”promotional code.” There are other terms that can be used, and you may find notes in the ‘details and restrictions’ of an offer about where to enter the code. In general, the code does not go in the ‘gift certificate’ box during checkout.
- Once you have entered the coupon code, make sure that your discount / promotion has been applied to your order. Most offers will be visible at some point before you complete your order (unless otherwise stated in the details and restrictions section). If you have a problem, please use the “Click here if this offer does not work properly” link and tell us about the problem so that we can research the issue and make any necessary updates to our database. Coupons and promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
